Foster Property Maintenance Ltd is a leading East Anglian Constructionline, Exor and CHAS accredited contractor. Our success has been built on the genuine passion of our people to deliver excellent service through collaborative Partnerships.

Founded and ran by the Foster family since 1976, we have established ourselves as a leading provider of Property Maintenance, Renewal and Refurbishment Services in the Affordable Housing and Public Sectors.

Our particular expertise is working within occupied homes and buildings utilising our own highly skilled directly employed multi-trades personnel.

Extensively, our work includes Responsive Maintenance, Voids, Decent Home Improvements, External Renewals and Disabled Adaptations at an individual property level through to the delivery of complete estate regeneration and New Build projects to an extremely high standard.

With our wealth of experience, together with our dedicated local workforce we are capable of carrying out all aspects of works from initial survey through to completion and quality checking.

By providing these services in house we maintain complete control, enabling us to assess and act upon our own key performance indicators and allowing us to deliver a consistently excellent service to our clients, whilst recognising the importance of ensuring that our delivery methods incorporate the latest atechnologies and systems of work, means we invest heavily in training and development.

Our trust worthy, open and honest approach forms a central part of our delivery ethos.

We maintain high levels of resident satisfaction, typically 98% with our team of dedicated Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) who actively engage with residents to keep them informed of our progress, throughout all stages, ensuring that our works cause minimum disruption to their daily lives.
