WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Location: North Cambridgeshire

£: Negotiable

Foster Property Maintenance (FPM) delivers market leading property services to the affordable housing sector within many regions of the country.

As part of this, for our clients and landlords which in the main comprise housing associations and local authorities, we specifically provide a range of responsive maintenance services, voids works services, plus a 24 x 7 x 365 out of hours’ emergency call-out package.

This is an exciting time for FPM as we continue to make progress with additional investment and service improvements for our clients.

We seek to recruit an experienced individual to lead and manage the various teams that comprise the responsive maintenance arm of our business:

• Two geographical teams of works supervisors and engineers
• An administrative team responsible for admin, customer and client relations plus performance monitoring and management

Our Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) Manager will have a key role to:

• Maintain our reputation for producing top level performance across existing contracts
• Make their own mark on performance as we take on new contracts

This is a new position, creating all the opportunities a new post allows for. Essential characteristics we are looking for in the right person  are that they are a good manager, leader and communicator and we are hoping that people can also impress us with their combination of drive, experience, initiative and innovation. We are open to candidates from the public, social housing or commercial sectors.
