Freebridge resident overjoyed with FPM work
17 Jan 2012
Foster Property Maintenance recently received an email from another very happy Freebridge resident after installing a new bathroom, outside safety rails and lighting.
Mrs. Sue Kirby, of 23 Townley Close Upwell, wrote in commending the efforts of the whole FPM team. Mrs. Kirby wrote in saying how impressed she was with the high level of service, especially as she was in bed with pneumonia for the majority of the works. Mrs. Kirby, a dog lover who shares her house with her loyal lurcher Simon, said her day-to-day life has been enhanced enormously after the modifications.
Mrs. Kirby’s email of 9th January said:
“Thank you very much for the excellent way in which your team have refurbished my bathroom, and new safety rails and lighting outside. The men you sent have been brilliant, especially at the start as I had pneumonia and was in bed for the best part of the work. They were so kind and considerate and my dog was happy to have them in the house and caused them no problems. The finished bathroom is a joy to behold. I am so very pleased with all of the work that actually was completed today. I wish you to thank personally all of the team that came to my home, and would recommend them as very thoughtful and kind to the older folk that need your services. Once again thank you. With best wishes and kind regards Sue Kirby, 23 Townley Close, Upwell, PE14 9BT”.
