We employ resident liaison officers who actively engage with tenants, keeping them up-to-date with the progress of work throughout the duration of our contract.
We can even offer added-value services to your tenants such as onsite ‘handyman’ schemes, where for a day a month our staff can provide assistance with small jobs such as putting up curtain rails or disposing of large items.
